Baked vegetables are a colourful and tasty side dish for accompanying a main course of meat, fish, rice or cous cous. Chill with the LIFE blast chiller immediately after cooking to preserve their crunchy taste and their original nutritious properties.


Wash the vegetables, dice and place on a tray in the oven.
Add a little olive oil for flavour and mix well.
Cook in the oven at 200°C for approximately 40 minutes, depending upon your taste.

Pre-cool the LIFE blast chiller

After finishing the cooking add a pinch of salt and mix, then place the tray in the LIFE blast chiller and start the program VEGETABLES>DICED
When the program has finished preserve in the fridge

If you wish to preserve the diced vegetables for a longer period of time, use the program DEEP FREEZING>VEGETABLES>DICED then store in the freezer.

When you want to serve them, place them in a heated oven for a few minutes and experience again the taste of summer
