• ½ litre of milk
  • 60 ml of natural yogurt
  • 500 ml of natural yogurt (as an alternative to the preceding two ingredients)
  • 150 ml of condensed milk
  • 40 g of blueberries
  • 40 g of raspberries

Yogurt ice lollies are the perfect fresh snack for a long hot summer afternooon, and an original dessert with which to surprise your dinner guests. The addition of seasonal fruit makes them unique and unforgettable. Thanks to the LIFE blast chiller you will also be able to deep freeze them, and because of the process of micro-crystalisation they will remain edible, even at the very low temperatures.


Stir the milk and the yogurt until they are well mixed, pour into small glasses or in to a LIFE tray, insert the temperature probe and start the program YOGURT>AUTOMATIC.


Take the yogurt, prepared in the LIFE blast chiller, or yogurt bought from a shop, and mix with condensed milk.

Pour into the molds and add a blueberry or raspberry to each ice lolly. Place the mold in the blast chiller and start the program DEEP FREEZING> GELATO>ICE CREAM

At the end of the cycle remove the ice lollies from the molds and experience their fresh, creamy taste. If you don’t wish to consume all of them immediately they can be preserved in a traditional freezer.
