Yogurt

Homemade yogurt, just the way you like it

Yogurt is a light, nutritious food naturally rich in benefits, suitable even for those with mild lactose intolerance.

Making it at home means having full control over the quality: you can choose the milk you prefer, decide on the ingredients, and customize it with fresh fruit or other natural elements.

The result is a genuine, always available yogurt, perfect for breakfast or as a healthy snack throughout the day.

From milk to yogurt, naturally

With LIFE, you can create the ideal conditions for ferments to transform milk into yogurt, keeping temperature and time under control.

The process is simple and consistent, allowing you to prepare both small and large quantities, always with balanced and creamy results.

This way, you can reduce or eliminate industrial products, often rich in added sugars, preservatives, and flavorings, and bring to your table a more natural yogurt, tailored just for you.

FAQs

Once yogurt production is complete, the LIFE blast chiller cools and stores it at 3°C until it is manually switched off.

You can make yogurt in one container or divide the milk and cultures into jars. Remember to insert the probe into the milk or into one of the jars.

It is possible for water droplets to form due to natural condensation after a cooling cycle. We recommend drying the cooling chamber with a sponge, removing water from the bottom and walls.

We recommend cleaning the LIFE blast chiller at the end of each day of use. Once the cleaning cycle is complete, it is important to leave the door slightly ajar to allow the internal chamber to dry completely.
